Since many clients have overlapping legal issues and a variety of business needs, we provide general legal advice to their businesses (corporate, employment and labor law), assist in business formation of corporations and limited liability companies, draft and/or negotiate the sale or purchase of a business and equipment, document loan transactions and assist in loan workouts. In addition to the prosecution and defense of a variety of litigation (contract, real estate, partnership, construction, collection and business torts), we represent creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings.  With smaller companies, we assist our clients and their owners in shareholder buy-sells and related long term business planning work that involves essential estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advanced health care directives.
